What makes House of Wood + Wick products different?
Our products are thoughtfully handmade with carefully selected ingredients, created to make your home feel clean, cozy, and beautifully scented.

Are your candles handmade?
Yes! Our 15 oz soy candles are hand-poured and made with wooden wicks for that cozy crackle we love.

What products do you offer?
We offer wooden wick candles, wax melts, mop soap, room + linen spray, multi-surface cleaner, carpet + upholstery deodorizer, powdered laundry detergent, and vacuum scent filters. Product and scent availability may vary.

Do all scents come in every product?
No. Some scents are available across our full home fragrance and cleaning collection, while others are available only in select products. Each product page will show the available scent options.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available in Bowling Green, Kentucky. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Do you ship?
Yes! We ship orders and offer FREE shipping on orders $75 or more. Shipping charges for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are handmade and include home fragrance and cleaning products, all sales are final. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can help.
