SHIPPING

Orders are carefully packed and shipped from House of Wood + Wick. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

We offer FREE shipping on orders of $75 or more. Shipping rates for orders under $75 will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available in Bowling Green, Kentucky. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive your pickup notification before arriving.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because our products are handmade and include home fragrance and cleaning products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can make it right.
